How the Process Works

The Process.

  • Review our Home Interior Styles to help you decide your style preference for your space. Note that “space” refers to the individual room that you select. Should you wish to style more than one space, we work with you separately for each and the fee is for each space or room.
  • You need to complete our Style Your Space questionnaire, so we may get to know your preferences and budget.
  • Our design team will contact you via phone and/or email to ask any additional questions about your space. We also will have you sign a short agreement of service and we will require payment for your design, in order to schedule your design work.
  • We require you to send us photos and measurements of your space, as we will work from them.
  • Our design team presents you with a concept board within 1 week.
  • You review your concept board to decide what you like and what you wish for us to change. Note that you are allowed up to 2 major changes to the initial concept.
  • Based on your changes, we revise the initial Concept Board and perform the sourcing of your furniture and accessory items. This takes between 1 to 4 weeks to accomplish. Should you need this faster, we will try to accommodate you.
  • As we also provide you a Shopping List of where to find the pieces we selected, you may be eligible for our trade discounts, if we assist with ordering your items.

What’s Included in Your Customized Design.

  • 1:1 Professional Design Consultation via email and/or phone.
  • We work to be flexible to accommodate your schedule.
  • Beautiful Concept Board that presents every item in your new room design – from furniture to accessories.
  • A customized floor plan that shows where the furniture and other design items are to be placed – no guesswork for you. This layout will be the most effective and aesthetically pleasing for your particular interior.
  • An itemized, personal shopping list for the space that we have designed for you. You will have access to our trade discounts, should you decide to have us take care of this for you.
  • We also may recommend paint colours and/or wallpaper should it be applicable to your space. Also, we can offer trade discounts, should you wish to proceed.
  • Additional tips and resources will be offered to help keep you organized during the entire process. We are available during the entire process, so you never feel alone!
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up with our design team, is a feature that we are most proud of!
